Sometimes the old must make way for the new. The city of Lörrach is transforming the former industrial site of Lauffenmühle into Germany's first climate-neutral commercial area built with timber construction. We have had the privilege of accompanying this visionary project from the very beginning – from the investigation of construction pollutants to the planning and tendering of the deconstruction measures, all the way to construction management. Step by step, we are actively contributing to sustainable transformation together with the city.

The result? A flagship project that combines ecological value with innovative urban planning approaches and radiates far beyond the borders of Lörrach.
